Resetting users' passwords

When new users are created and invited to the platform, they're asked to choose a new password. If they don't do so within five days, then a superuser will need to issue a password reset. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Users link in the navigation bar
  2. Click on the email address of the user whose password you need to reset
  3. Click on the "Issue password reset" button
